Organizational Training
Connection First provides customized training for schools, government agencies, businesses, faith communities, re-entry homes, and other organizations seeking to intentionally build, maintain, and repair relationships when conflict, misconduct, or harm arises. Our trainings combine restorative practices, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and practical relationship skills to help organizations create healthier cultures where people can communicate effectively, navigate conflict constructively, and hold one another accountable with dignity.
