Connection First offers interactive, in-person training in restorative practices and empathetic communication for schools, workplaces, and community members.
Our trainings combine restorative practices, empathetic communication, experiential learning, and real-world practice to help participants strengthen communication, navigate difficult conversations, respond with empathy, and address conflict in restorative ways.
In-person training is available within approximately 50 miles of Tallahassee.
Individual Training
Many of the communication principles that shape Connection First's work are rooted in the Bigbie Method®, developed by Dr. Cindy Bigbie.
